The reason I was placed on suspension was because I was pulled over in 2015 for a tiny amount of weed in my car which I only received a ticket for. I enrolled in LPN in 2017 and finished in 2018. I took my NCLEX in July 2019 and smoked a couple days before I took my exam. The issue is the day my license was suspended she told me I need to abstain from alcohol too. I was so shocked by the news I didn't even consider to tell her I drank the day prior (nothing heavy just a daiquiri). I was sent in for another random test on Friday. I'm worried about my ETG levels and now I'm thinking I should just admit it to my case manager in hopes of not further incriminating myself but telling her may incriminate me also especially if it doesn't show up on the test. What should I do? Tell her or just wait for the results? Attached I have what was sent to me as my suspension notification. Tell me what you think.
I would also wait and see what happens. It sounds like it’ll get a lot messier and they’ll make you go to inpatient. I would not admit it
Next time dont even report it.. thats what messed me up i literally was in the same predicament got a ticket for possession of marijuana and paraphenalia reported it to the board thru my lawyers advice got it reduced to attempted disorderly conduct in court got it expunged and sealed off my records me being scared i reported it and went thru a years worth of nonsense you was better off not reporting lucky me i only got monitoring for a year random drug test and some continuing educations on drug abuse and ethics and laws no fines and no other issues and i didnt have to abstain from alcohol but in 3 weeks this will be over how long are you on monitoring?

For the next two years and I lost my license for the next two years. I didn't even start practicing yet before my license was snatched away.

That the test is not yet complete and in the system. I use Affinity and this is what it says UNTIL they change over to negative. The lab tells me each time the results are done within 24 hours, but it usually takes almost a week to show up on my account as negative.
