Hey everyone, now that offers have been given for January/April 2019 intakes, mind as well fire up a new discussion for the September 2019 intake.
Anyone else planning to take the LIBS courses prior to applying?
Hi everyone! I am new to this group, and was also shortlisted.
I was wondering whether for its final decision the committee will consider only questionnaire or will look at the whole application again?
and does anybody know what is the competition for this intake?
English is not my native language, so I feel really nervous about how I did on the questionnaire
hope to see you all in September ?

The final consideration considers everything.
The competition i'm not too sure, but you can email BCIT nursing and they can give you info on the number of students that applied, the number that got shortlisted. If you were wondering about grades and such, I don't know if they will give that out, but they consider a GPA of 3.0 and up for the prerequisites is considered competitive.
Hope this answers your question!

Hey I got this email hopefully some of this information helps :)
Thank you for your email. For the applicants that applied for the September 2019 class, the Nursing department plans to notify them if they are non-accepts or short listed by March 15. All applicants will know their final status by April 30. This means that applicants that are non-accepts after the March 31 deadline will not be able to apply to January 2020 and will have to apply to April 2020.
Please ensure that all of your official transcripts are ready to be provided when you apply to the program. You can consider applying to the April 2020 intake which will be accepting applications June 1, 2019 – July 31, 2019.
