Does anyone know how many people get shortlisted, and out of those how many they accept

From previous intakes, they've always short listed 180 people, but this intake is different since there's one new additional intake in the year. So, I think they reduced the number of short listed people because there are less seats in the program per intake now.
hi @Twinkyswirl, I actually have read the previous forum intakes. They mentioned that we need to describe a situation where you had to show leadership and also describe a situation where you demonstrated teamwork and collaboration. Questions were related to your personal experience in emotionally challenging situations or interpersonal communication, time management, leadership and professionalism. Hope that helps! Also for everyone doing the questionnaire, remember to manage your time well because we only have about 90 minutes to complete it! All the best!!

From what I heard it's just like curiouspanda said, lots of job interview type questions to do with situations you'd find yourself in as a nurse! Very nervous!
