Get ready to wait long periods of time doing nothing. Really it's just Q&A, and given there's a lot of people, there will be a lot of questions before getting to yours. I would prep one or two questions per breakout. Other than that, not much to do.

Not sure if this was addressed in the GN Nurse Expo held a couple of weeks ago, but who did ya'll address cover letters to? Did you put a heading with an address?
Fairly certain they asked us to say "To whom this may concern"

I was surprised but apparently a lot of people get this step. This is the video interview. I did that and then it maybe took about two weeks to hear back again from a recruiter asking me which hospital/positions I would like to interview with for the second round. They gave me the option for Float pool or a PCU. I chose PCU because I wanted to start critical care ASAP. I flew down for my interview where I met my managers and they walked me around the unit. And the recruiter called me by the afternoon that day to offer me the position.
I stayed on the unit for a while and recently transferred to another Baylor facility (easy process) because it was much closer to my new apt.
there’s really no contract or terms. You aren’t required to stay for x amt of time. There’s no bonus or penalty for staying or leaving. You start off With GN pay and get a $1 increase every 6m for 2 years as long as u stay with baylor.
Thank you for answering questions! In the phone interview my recruiter said that the starting pay is $26.75 for residents. Do you know if there is a night shift differential and if so what it is? Thank you!

So the expo yesterday was pretty informative and helpful
They have 4 openings for critical care (in all of Austin) and 20 for Acute care, they said it’s pretty competitive
interviews start next month

Has anyone gotten an interview for critical care at the Dallas location?
