Hi everyone! I am a soon to be BSN grad and have accepted a position the ED at THR Presby-Dallas. If you have done the residency program through THR Dallas in the ED I would greatly appreciate any insight/feedback you might have! Thanks in advance.

Thanks! Yes, it was my first choice. It was the shortest interview that I have done. It was just 2 behavioral questions about past experiences with difficult patients/most critical patients I've dealt with, and then to tell him about myself and my ER clinical experiences.

ED at Irving! Thank you for answering questions! In the phone interview my recruiter said that the starting pay is $26.75 for residents. Do you know if there is a night shift differential and if so what it is? Thank you!

I have my third interview next week! I did my video interview on 2/4 and phone screening on 2/17.

i submitted my application on december 12th, interviewed on december 18th, and heard back around the 2nd week of january!

Yes, I was accepted! I did better in A&P than i expected so my science GPA was a 3.5, not sure if this effected anything or not
