Baylor Scott and White Nurse Residency 2022

Hey yall! I'm making this thread to post updates on interviews and job notifications for the Baylor Scott and White Nurse Residency in DFW. 

Has anyone heard back from them following an interview?

I'm 99% sure I didn't get the job but I'm hanging onto that 1% as Baylor is my first choice, but I do have to respond to my other offer pretty soon

It is okay to still be hanging on by that 1% but I do think you should accept your other offer as a backup to sort of cushion you in case you do not hear back elsewhere. None of these agreements are bonded by a contract when you first accept, they are contingent meaning "subject to change". So you can always change your mind about them later!

I just received a message from my recruiter saying he wants to touch base with me regarding the CVICU I had yesterday and asked for my contact number. What do you guys think that mean? I think most likely he's going to tell me I didn't get the job and would ask me if I like to interview with other unit ?

Yes, my recruiter emailed me the same thing! Haven’t heard anything though.
