I wanted to start this thread for those who are applying to the winter 2019 nurse residency cohort for Baylor Scott & White Health. This is so we can ask questions and help other possible future team members through the application and hiring process.

I had a digital interview with Baylor this morning as well. I also got an invite to a second digital interview, but I contacted them and they said it was a duplicate so if anyone else gets 2 don't start it unless they told you to!! If you also applied to parkland I just started a thread

I plan on submitting my application today. Did everyone also address their cover letter to: TO whom it may concern?

I addressed mine to the hiring manager (Dear Hiring Manager) because that is what I was taught to do. I think to whom it may concern is fine though since we don't have specific names of directors, nurse managers etc.

Quick question: do we need to submit a different application for different locations? or only submit one application since the video interview asks for top 3 locations?

Apply to the 3 locations that you are interested in. I'm not sure why they ask again in the interview. Also, when the recruiter called for a follow up, he asked a 3rd time.

I have not... however, I did hear a student in my class say that he had an interviews at BUMC for the MICU...

Thanks! I did the video Thursday night. I did not know if they were setting up phone interviews yet. I am really hoping for CVICU @ BUMC. Fingers crossed.
