Hi everyone! I know the application for the nurse residency program for BSWH opened up on 9/1/20 and figured that I would start a thread to update each other on it. Good luck

@nurseCDM don't get discouraged just yet! The application closes tomorrow, I think. So there is still plenty of time. It seems like the hospitals and specialties are moving at different paces.

I did my video interview 9/4 I want L&D and chose DFW, Plano areas haven’t heard anything back either! I reached out to their facebook & they said it may not be until closer to when the application ends(: trying to stay positive but def anxious as well!

I chose the same general location area so that makes me feel better at least!!

Yall, please don't get discouraged! I know DFW is moving much slower than other locations. Plus, applications are open until tomorrow so they could just be waiting for the last batch of people to apply before making any more decisions. Have faith and I am wishing us all the best! ?

Has anyone heard back from college station/brenham locations for an interview? I have already done the pre recorded video interview and the phone screening! Just curious if anyone has gotten any further ?

Thanks I’ll need it. Most of my experience is in derm/ICU, so since it’s an OB clinic I’m gonna feel absolutely clueless for the first few months

I applied 9/19, got email to do video interview on 9/21 submitted video interview 9/22.  I received request for phone interview email on 9/28 and have a live interview set up later this month.  Do not lose hope, best of luck to everyone!!

Yes. Only 11 total. It's so competitive! Is OR the specialty you're going for in that area?

Goodluck on your interview! I'm still waiting on the link to set mine up. The recruiter said I should receive it by tomorrow at the latest.

It truly is competitive!  No, OR is not the specialty that I aspire to work in.  Thank you very much.  I hope you get good news tomorrow!
