Wanted to start thread because I have not come across a forum for the CRNA 2025 application deadline. Good luck to those applying!

Just got a call yesterday inviting me to an interview on October 25th for the Orlando campus. I applied back in July so it's been a loooong wait.

Hi do you mind sharing your stats. I attended the info session yesterday and feel a little discouraged. My GPA for my nursing Associates is 3.7. BSN is 3.1 (had a lot going on, didn't focus on it as I should've) I have 6 years of ICU, Neuro ICU. CVICU at level 1. Only one general chemistry , got a B. But she (admissions person) was very adamant about them  preferring organic or biochemistry. I'm enrolled to take gen chem 2, and currently re-taking A&P1 since it is at  the 10 year mark and will re-take Microbiology for the same reason.

Hey guys! Did anyone else interview today for the Orlando campus? I just finished my interview it was 40 mins, unfortunately I don't think I am going to be accepted I fumbled up on the med calculation question I knew how to solve it but I stumbled around till I gave them the answer. But best of luck to everyone else!

I interviewed in July and I thought I did horrible. I fumbled with a very simple math question and I still got accepted! You got this! Stay positive!

Hello everyone,

What was the math question like? Can you recall from the top of your head?

Thanks so much for insight! I have an interview coming up next week.

OK great! I only have gen chem 1, so I'm set on taking gen chem 2, and organic. I have CCRN too. No GRE. I'm going to take a grad level course to make up for the BSN. Thanks for replying! Congratulations and good luck!!!

It was something like you have a 70kg patient and you need to give 0.6mg/kg of a medication, how many milligrams are you going to give? You have to do the math off the top of your head, no calculator

Thanks!! I don't think I'll apply. I think I'm going to retake courses and take a grad level course and apply for the next cycle as my BSN GPA is not great.
