Wanted to start thread because I have not come across a forum for the CRNA 2025 application deadline. Good luck to those applying!

Did nursing cas calculate the separate GPA's for you guys? Mines only has my cumulative, and graduate listed.

After NursingCAS verification, it listed cumulative, science, math, graduate level, freshman, junior, senior level etc.  but it did not put my last 60 credits GPA.

Hello, I just submitted my application and I have a question.  When I clicked on the download to see my application, I noticed my grades say "not verified".  Also, I got an email saying my application was submitted to Barry.  Why didn't nursingcas verify my grades prior to submitting my application?  I don't see my calculated GPA.

annoyingly, CAS won't calculate or "verify" your grades and GPA until after you submit your app. It doesn't make any sense, but that's the process. That's why programs using CAS say to submit at least 2 weeks before the deadline, so that it's "verified" before the application deadline passes.

Thank you! I'm curious to know if the program calculates the last 60 hours on their own then. Because if not I'm screwed.

I hope so too! The other school I applied for doesn't consider the last 60 credits, so I don't know if CAS does break it down. It does break it down quite a bit: by subject, year in school, undergrad, post bacc and a GPA for each school attended.

I submitted my application 7/19 still nothing.

Once your application has been submitted, how long does it take Barry to contact you for an interview?

I interviewed 9/20 but unfortunately I ended up getting waitlisted and told they'd reevaluate my application in Spring 2025 so maybe I still have a chance but I'm taking it as a soft no unfortunately, best of luck to all Of you!

Hi!

Thank you for sharing your experience. Getting waitlisted can be quite tough, but it's great that they will reevaluate your application in Spring 2025! That means there's still a possibility for you! Don't give up! It's totally understandable to feel like it's a soft no right now, but staying positive can make a big difference.

If you don't mind, would you mind sharing your stats?

Wishing you the best of luck, and I hope to hear good news from you soon. Good luck to everyone navigating this process!
