Hello all! I just thought I would start a thread for those of us applying. I have started my application and I am working on my personal statement now. How are you all doing?
I have taken the GRE and passed my CCRN. I still need to get my PALS. I also need to ask for my letters of recommendation and send in my school transcripts & GRE scores. I'm going to try to apply for the Tampa campus.
Has anyone that interviewed NOT received an email that states their application is in review? I still haven't received that email, even though I applied in December.
If you haven't gotten that email, I would probably call Barry and just verify that your application is complete. I submitted in December and called around February- that's when I found out that my GRE scores had never been received and had been misplaced
Hey everyone!
I applied to a few CRNA schools a couple months ago, one of which was Barry. I'm anxiously awaiting an interview phone call as well. I feel confident in my GPA and GRE scores. I've been in a medical/surgical ICU for about 3 years now, so fingers crossed! Best of luck to everyone! I used this website many years ago when first applying to nusing school and found a lot of comfort talking to others in the same boat haha
I sent my application a couple weeks ago, but they are relatively slow to process paperwork. My transcripts are still in limbo... I have a GRE total 309, 3.4 GPA, 5 years CT/CVSICU experience, CCRN, ACLS, PALS, 4 letters of recommendation... I feel like I am a strong candidate, but I'm still nervously awaiting an interview. Do they have to have absolutely everything processed before offering an interview? I'm praying for an Orlando clinical site.
Not exactly sure when the May interview dates are. I was told that they would most likely be early in the month. I've read previous posts from prior years about the interview. Can anyone give info about the interviews this year? Anything change? I'm excited and nervous about interviews, but remaining hopeful :)
