Hello all! I just thought I would start a thread for those of us applying. I have started my application and I am working on my personal statement now. How are you all doing?

I have taken the GRE and passed my CCRN. I still need to get my PALS. I also need to ask for my letters of recommendation and send in my school transcripts & GRE scores. I'm going to try to apply for the Tampa campus.

Congrats on getting in! I had all my documents finalized beginning of march and barely found out about the interview two weeks ago. But I think it varies on applicant.

Anyone else hoping for the Orlando campus?

I'm in Fort Lauderdale so if accepted, I will hopefully be attending the South Florida campus. My GRE scores were mailed today from ETS and I must say I am rather nervous bc i didn't do so well. I am planning to retake but I don't know if they'll still consider me for admission this cycle. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

To be honest my GRE score wasn't that good. My overall GPA is also mediocre due to college from 8 years ago. However, I made up for it in my nursing courses, science courses, CCRN certification, medical mission trips , 2.5 years ICU experience, and included rec letters from two CRNAs and was offered an interview. They look at the entire package. :)

That's good to know. I my overall gpa is not that great but i got all A's and B's in my nursing classes and I just finished up organic chemistry and the ANE course that barry offers. I have 14 years in NICU/PICU so I hope all this counts for something. I'm still very hopeful.
