I am accepting a seat at Baptist School in San Antonio for Spring 2014. Does anyone know when the first day of school is?

What about nearby apartments that range from 500-600 month for 1 bedroom. I am relocating from Houston to San Antonio.

Kadj- Processing day was great! It was quite overwhelming with all the information given to us, but was very exciting! How was it for you?

Question, are any of you that will be attending BSHP in Jan. still waiting for your financial aid award letter? I was told that I could expect to receive an email a couple of weeks from Nov 7, my processing day. Did anybody get theirs yet? Anybody in the same boat as me? I'm really curious as to how much if any I will be responsible for coming up with out of pocket. Processing day was a little stressful for me to, I also thought there was quite a bit of info thrown at me very fast; guess that's nursing school for you!

Also have to start saving up for those first semester books $$$! I'm wondering how much reading they're having us do over the winter break. I guess they want us to be prepared to hit the ground running!

Not sure if we are allowed to give contact info but I figure what good is this site if you can't use it to make important school and work contacts that are nursing related.

No problem! I'll message you my contact info as well. I agree, I'd like to get to know my peers a bit before school starts and everything is hectic. I'll post on here when I get my award letter, incase someone in this thread (or even the people who read it that haven't made an account) don't regularly check their inbox. :)
