Banner Health New Grad RN 2020 West Valley

Hi all! I'm really hoping to get a job at Banner Phoenix in the ICU. My application says "under review". I thought I would just make this thread for everybody who is applying so can keep each other updated ? Good luck to everybody who is also applying!

Congratulations, that is so exciting! Would you mind describing the hiring process? For example, when they contacted you, when you got interviewed, how to prepare for the interview, etc.

When did you apply? I just heard from a friend that she got a call a few days ago from Banner for an interview, but she applied in December?. So now I don't know how many months worth of apps they have to go through to get to March/April applications haha.

Still really reassuring to hear your news though!!?

Does anyone who has been hired or interviewed by Banner have any tips for the process. My application for Banner valley east, valley west, Tucson, and float pool were all rejected. I am not sure what I am doing wrong, so anything would help.

My float pool app was rejected too, still under review for 2 others.

I know a few of my friends who got Banner jobs had their application pulled for review because they knew someone who worked at Banner. So it just might be about who you know ?‍♀️.

Hello, just an update. I was recently contacted for an interview with Banner last week, but I accepted a new grad position with another company. Just letting you know Banner is still hiring for their program. Good luck everyone!

Has anybody heard anything from Banner Phoenix? My application has said "pending recruiter review" since the end of March :(

A couple of my classmates were interview and hired yesterday, they applied in April/May so don’t give up!

Hi! Were they hired for Banner - Phoenix specifically? I have some friends who get hired in Thunderbird or Desert Medical Center but I haven't heard of anyone getting hired in Phoenix ? I really want to work there but since I applied in March I'm not sure why my application hasn't been reviewed.

They were both hired at banner university
