Banner Health New Grad RN 2020 West Valley

Hi all! I'm really hoping to get a job at Banner Phoenix in the ICU. My application says "under review". I thought I would just make this thread for everybody who is applying so can keep each other updated ? Good luck to everybody who is also applying!

I applied to the new grad program on 6/5 before I took the NCLEX. It just sat there pending review. I tested on 6/23, got my license number on 6/24 and went in and updated my application with my license number. I got a call from a recruiter the next day, had an interview today and accepted a job at banner university! It can be done!

Hi all!! I have an interview with a Banner Health recruiter tomorrow and was wondering if anyone has any tips for the interview or remembers any of the questions they were ask so I can prepare! Any help is appreciated

Have a story that proves each of Banner’s values. They are simple behavioral questions.
