Hi all! I'm really hoping to get a job at Banner Phoenix in the ICU. My application says "under review". I thought I would just make this thread for everybody who is applying so can keep each other updated ? Good luck to everybody who is also applying!

Mine has been pending review for about a month. Rumor is that Banner and many other hospitals are on a hiring freeze & so I’ve accepted a job elsewhere. Best of luck everyone!

If you don’t mind me asking where’d you accept? I’m actually considering doing the same thing! Got a few offers.

@Hope2banurse1 I accepted a job in another state ? almost all of the hospitals I applied to in AZ were either on a freeze or my status never changed from "pending recruiter review". good luck!
