Bad pop-up

Published

For those of you who know the pearson vue trick, i did that and have gotten the bad pop-up. My gut is wrotting, and I feel awful. To be honest, during the test I felt like I was doing pretty good, and even when I got home I looked up some of the ones I thought I was having trouble with. I had 75 questions, and i'd say around 3-4 SATA style questions every 20-25 questions, had a lot of priority patients and delegation questions example] you are charge nurse and need to make room, which pt would you send, or you have a pre-partum nurse floating to your floor, which pt is best to assign to. I got a few math ones which I know I did right... and overall, I just felt like I did well, eliminated most the questions to two obvious choices when i didn't know, and yeah.

I'm just feeling bummed, I don't know what to do. I feel like my new job is going to fire me now or something, and it's just... awful. I don't know for sure if I failed, since I still have to wait a couple of days, but yeah..

Don't rely so much on the pop up. I've had friends get the cc page and still pass. The same thing happened to get actually. She got to 75 and it shut off. Checked pvt and got the cc page... a week later she got her rn license in the mail. Just wait until the official results please (: and if you didn't pass, youhave the advantage of knowing what the test will be like, and you WILL pass.

Did you hear about anybody getting the good pop up and ending up failing?

Your exam is a whole lot similar to mine but I wanted more when the blue screen came on. I wanted more and felt sick in my stomach. I also got to the cc page when I did the PVT. I am confident that I failed because my name is not on the BON website. I am waiting for my letter in the mail and already started reapplying to retake the exam sometime in September. I plan to do 8 weeks NCSBN review.

You might just be that lucky one that PVT didn't work on. No matter what happened just remember you went through nursing school so you can do this. Wish you all the best.

All the best.
