baccalaureate equivalency table from CNO

anyone who completed this table,,pls help me,,thank you

Ok r.u.serius this is my time frame so far (as close as I can remember it!!!)

1. August 2010 Applied for application pack

2. September 2010 Completed application pack

3. October 14th 2010 Sent back application pack, paid fee etc

4. November 1st 2010 Receive letter saying they have fee and will let me know within 3 months

5. November 4th 2010 Move to London,ON, from UK

6. December 14th 2010 Receive letter requesting BET and additional info

7. December 26th 2010 Send in BET and other forms via e-mail

8. January 14th 2011 Phone up to check registration assessor has received BET etc, she says she hasn't (strange as I got an automated response e-mail saying she was on holiday and that my e-mail was in her inbox.....)

9. Januray 16th 2011 Get confirmation that BET etc has been received after sending it in 4 times in total :@

10. February 15th 2011 Call for update, nothing to report

So yeah it takes seemingly forever!!! lol!!! Hoping I hear something soon because I'm impatient!!!!! :D

Hi FunckyCat! Thank you for sharing your "time frame":yeah:

So if CNO got all your documents on the 16th of January, it means we are on the same time frame! They got all my documents the 17th of January :D I am btw on a multiple entry visa, so this eligibility is just one of the hurdle :crying2: and waiting is a big deal because changing my immigration status greatly depends on the eligibility :p

Yes we definately will keep in touch :) If I could figure out how to send you a message on here I'd send you my e-mail!!! I'm here on a tourist visa at the moment, so like you the eligibility will greatly change things immigration wise. Thankfully I need a work permit rather than a work visa so that should make things easier (I hope!!)

I was thinking that we're about the same times, would be good if we both got approval!!!!! Fingers crossed for us both

Still nothing from the CNO but I did get some good news today, I have a job interview!! So I am pretty excited!!!! :yelclap:

hi there, just wondering how many questions are there in BET.. 7 or 8 including the last page with NURSING EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/WORK? haven't submitted by BET out of confusion.. lol.. thanks anyway.. goodluck to all of us!

The BET covers 7 areas of nursing care.

These are:

1) Physical/Health assessment

2) Health promotion and illness prevention

3) Communication

4) Legal/ethical/social/political

5) Leadership

6) Research

7) Critical inquiry/ problem solving

For each section you are required to give a scenario and rationale for acting how you did.

There is then a section on work experience in addition.

Just make sure that you check the entry to nursing competencies and check your answers shows these competencies, or as many as you can!

Thank you so much. I'm done with the essay but I haven't checked it with the entry to nursing competencies. And that I have to do now. Unfortunately when I was trying to access it before along with the ethical practices, I think the system was down. Kept sending me errors messages.

Hi. I called my assessor today. She said that all my documents are not with her, but with a different department/assessor. That there is no time frame to when it is finalized. Anyone among you who have had the same experience? Thanks!

Hi Pilipinas. I cannot reply on your

private message. To answer your question, if you call the CNO's telephone number, there is an option if you want to be connected to a specific employee by typing the Initials of their names. My assessors initial is SI, So I typed

SI as prompted. Hope this helps.
