Hi everyone!
I'm starting this thread for applicants that have submitted/are in the process of submitting their application for Fall 2020. I'm hoping we can all get together and discuss our experiences with the whole application and potential interview process ?
I'm currently in the process of finishing up my application and am extremely nervous about hitting that Submit button once it's finished. I don't have the best overall undergrad GPA, but was able to redeem myself a bit with my pre-reqs GPA. I am hoping that my personal essay and references will help increase my chances of being accepted *fingers crossed*.
The deadline is in exactly a month and I would like to say good luck to everyone!
Hi everyone!!!! I applied for fall 2020... I turned in my application on the deadline date ... I still have NOT received a call for an interview, no Letter saying I got accepted, I’ve reached out to my admission rep and they have told me they have not made decisions ... it seriously getting the best of me, it’s so discouraging that I check my application status EVERYDAY & nothing changes .. I feel like I’m obsessing over it & my anxiety is getting the best of me. Has anyone gotten an interview?? Has anyone here been admitted to the inland empire campus for fall 2020? Should I just start the application for the next session already to be early this time? Every morning I wake up and tell myself ... today’s the day , I’m going to hear back ... and nothing ?

A little about my interview:
The first part was reviewing the resume, and then they said they wanted to go over my application to see what could be improved for applying next cohort, but then said they wouldn’t change anything and that I had a strong application.
Did any one else talk about improving their application in their interview?
I did. The person interviewing mentioned about my C+ in BioChem that I could retake if I had to reapply again but other than that she said I was a strong candidate

Hi, they should be done with interviews already and people should hear about acceptance in mid December to January is what I heard from the person who interviewed me
Hi All,
I just received a call that I was admitted to Summer 2020 term at main campus! I applied for Fall 2020 and I was asked if I’m willing to start early in summer and of course I said the earlier the better. The advisor told me that they already started to reach out to admitted applicants today so stay tuned everyone!

CHey everyone. I spoke with admissions and interviews are complete. If you had an interview you SHOULD be getting notification of acceptance or denial by next week. Best of luck to everyone!
Congrats to the both of you!
Any San Diego applicants get notified?
On another note... Has anyone completed organic/bio chem online? any recommendations? My last prereq and looking for an accelerated online format. Any info is appreciated.

I did not take ochem online but I did my physiology and microbiology online at Southern California University of Health Sciences. The lecture was online but the lab section (3 days only) was on campus. I believe they also have online accelerated chemistry class. Mine were all 4 weeks long and they are all accepted by APU.

Yes they accept 25 but 5 are on standby if one of the 20 change their mind before the program begins. The 5 on standby are guaranteed admission to the next term. That is what I was told during my interview.
