If your looking at TMC, you're not going to get 35-45 an hour unless you are working agency, and even then I'm not sure with 2 years experience you'd get that much.
I have the same amount of experience as you,(as well as my BSN) and have worked in one hospital in the med center and got 27.47 an hour (yes, low side, but there were numerous other perks).
I am taking a new job in which I will earn just under 30 an hour.
I think if you want the money, you need to work per diem or agency. Overtime also always helps.
I hope that helps!

My salary may not be much use to you as I am in Iowa, but I make $25/hour and I have never heard of anyone making that much with that degree anywhere within Iowa or neighboring states.

Hi there, I live in Ma, and the going rate for 2 yrs experience wouldn't be that high. Definitely in the 30's, but the low range. I'm a new grad and I start off at 27.75, which is at a major teaching hospital. Hope that helps.

Work in central ohio, er , ICU etc... nurse since 1980, (diploma grad), make 37.50 hr with 4.75 shift diff, extra charge precep diff and 0.50 cents hr for CCRN. Not bad.....been a lot of years getting there though.
New grad. No working hospital experience i.e., I have never worked as an aide, etc.
However, I do have clinical experience from school - which I guess everyone has.
