Avg. Hourly salary?

whats the average hourly salary for a RN with a Bacholers in nursing? I've heard 35 to 45 an hour, is that far fetched?

Specializes in Emergency & Trauma/Adult ICU.

Low $20's here in western PA, for a nurse w/2 years of experience.

Actually 35-45 an hour is very common in TMC. I have worked down there for years and I know many nurses (including me)making that much or more and even with 2 years making real close to that range.
