Greetings my fellow Colleagues,
I'm brand new to this website and to be honest, I found the social network literally this week while I was freaking out over my NCLEX which was scheduled 1/17/2013. Not only did I find some relief from everyone's words of encouragement but I was trying to compare my scores on Kaplan's QTs and Qbanks to everyone else's and it seemed like I had so-so scores so I was realllllly worried about failing since this was my second time taking it. Anyway, I prayed and told God that if I passed, I'd join allnurses.com and release my kaplan QT scores and my status of the exam to hopefully ease someone's stress who might be experiencing similar anxieties as I had just a few nights ago. So here are my scores as followed:
Diagnostic: 54
QT 1 48
QT 2 57
QT 3 55
QT 4 55
QT 5 54
QT 6 55
QT 7 57
Readiness 61
Qbank 56% used 23% of content
So as you can see, my scores for Kaplan were pretty bad, but I took the exam yesterday, ended with 170 questions and passed! I tried the Pearsonvue trick last night and got the good popup. I was still pretty skeptical but I'll be honest, it did relieve some of my anxiety. I decided to sign into my BON website and found out that I had passed this morning! So don't stress over average scores on Kaplan, you can still do it! Good luck to you all! =]

thank you @dwatson14! but yeah, that's probably a good idea to review content but make sure to keep answering NCLEX passing questions so you get used to them and will be prepared to answer them when the real deal comes around. I know what you mean about never feeling like you'll be ready, I DEFINITElY felt the same way but keep up the hard work and you'll be just fine! Best of luck to you! Let us know if you have good news! =D

Just wondering, what was your lowest qbank score? Because right now, I am getting a little anxious. I take the exam in 3 weeks & so far my scores are DX:49 QT1:45 QT2:45 QT3:51 Readiness: 62 .. My Qbank scores in order are 66, 58, 56, 46, 48. I am all over the place! I really don't want to reshedule my exam & I just want to pass it. What makes it worse is that the passing standard will be raised in April, and I don't want to have to deal with that. What do you guys think of my scores thus far? THanks.
Are those your Qbank or Qtrainer scores?
My lowest Qbank score was 44 on safe and effective care.
My lowest QTrainer score was also 44 on QT1.
I think 3 weeks is plenty of time to prepare for the NCLEX! Kaplan suggests to take the exam 4 weeks after the course.
Have you taken QT 4-7 though? If not I'd suggest you do because those are the most representative of the actual exam and truly helped me prepare for the NCLEX.
Lmk if you have any other questions! =]
My qbank scores always ranged in 55 to 61 range. I think as long as u use strategies we will be fine. Try not to over think. I look at as going to work n not tryn to harm ir kill anyone. But ill see for myself tomorrow.
Omg, best of luck to you @dwatson14!
