I was wondering if anybody has signed up with AVANT HEALTHCARE PROFFESIONALS, a USA based agency for NURSES and PTs, which currently sponsors NCLEX-passers. Any updates with your application?
I have started this thread thinking we could update on the process that you are undergoing since US visa bulletin is fast moving.
For those who signed up with AVANT, please. Share your experience with them here.
Thank you!
Hi allWho has done NCLEX and is waiting for Avant to file? They are taking quite long to file. Wondering what the communication is?
For me, it took 1 month after the NCLEX before my visa petition was filed. I was asked to fill some parts of and sign the ETA 9089, ie. Foreign Labor Certification.
I've waited for initial approval for 5 months now but they said it'll take 3-4 months or 6-8 months in different emails. There's no way to predict the timeline. Since filing my petition, they will contact once the USCIS reaches a decision or if there's an RFE that they need to consult you on.
Have they filed your petition yet? Has it been approved? If not filed yet, what communication have they given you? Thanks.
Hello,
I passed nclex last oct2017. What they told me after I pass the said exam is that they will file my petition early this year because they are still in the process of renewing company licenses in us....
, does anyone has same track ?..?...?..?......................?

We are on the same boat. We will likely do the transition program together if all other factors remain constant. That's the same communication I have. Let's see if they file this month or next month. They also said that they will file with premium processing so this should only take about 15 days and eliminate the 4-6 months of waiting for approval. Fingers crossed.
Yep, I did my ILETS and passed. I am now doing my speciality courses on Lipincot. Will finish by end of February. You?
hi sember..premium processing sounds awesome. They haven't sent me an email yet about that. I'm so happy to know that i have a ''batchmate'' for avant classes here in allnurses.
When did you pass your ielts? Did you already finished you lipincot assignments?
I'm from the Philippines and I have been filed an i140 petition by my employer. I'm currently with a different agency (HC) and can't help but share the same sentiment. USCIS has received my petition since September 2016 and yet still no decision. All I've gotten so far are two RFEs which I don't have any information about. I'm thinking it's probably cause they don't need anything from me so they choose not to disclose the content of the RFEs. And even when I do follow up with my agency, I am still at lost with the current status of my petition. So I understand what everyone on here is going through. It can be incredibly frustrating especially since there seems to be a stable progression in the priority dates and mine will probably be current soon. I want nothing more than to get an approval. Oh well, I hope everyone continues to update and share their experiences ✌ï¸

I signed my contract in October and started the NCLEX review program in February. I guess they're waiting to have you start with the next available group.
