Did anyone elses heart drop at the email Cindy sent out today? I am a re-applicant and now I am concerned I won't even get in this second application period especially with her saying not even re-applicants getting in for second period. I was shocked to see how many applied this round- 500! There was only 300 last round. I am happy to see the popularity of the program going up but dang I was shocked!

I am trying to stay positive of course but WOW!!

Oh absolutely 100%. I'm definitely trying to stay positive, but ngl reading that email definitely made me nervous. It's crazy to me that there were so many applicants that they couldn't offer RNSG to everyone who applied. ?

Fingers crossed that we get in, but hopefully it's not the end of the world if we don't.

Dude yes. I am so scared I won’t get in this second time. But I’m praying and trying to stay positive. I’m sooo impatient and it sucks that it takes so long to let us know anything. Also I’m literally so Type A when it comes to planning things for classes so I wish there was more info on when we’d have classes, clinicals and labs.

For reapplicants, do we have to reupload our BON blue card?

Hey guys, reapplicant here. What are we supposed to be doing as far as TBON clearance. I still have my blue card, are we supposed to do anything else?

@Naomi Hey Naomi! I re-read the email Cindy sent out and it appears if you have already submitted your T-BON clearance then you should be good. Here is the section regarding that

***If you are a reapplicant*** you will be receiving further information as many of you have received a blue card or clearance letter. I will send your name this week to the Texas Board of Nursing to make sure you do not need to reschedule any fingerprinting. If you need to schedule any fingerprinting, you will get an email directly from Identogo (make sure you check your personal and ACC email accounts). I will still send you an email with further information at a later date.

You should have already completed this process and submitted your blue card or clearance letter, if you haven’t done so, please submit blue card/clearance letter to this link:

TBON Clearance Submission"

If you want to verify for sure maybe shoot an email to Cindy!

We have to have our TBON clearances submitted by November 13th! Keep in mind, the blue card might take up to 2.5 weeks for you to get it in the mail, so definitely don't put it off until the last minute. That's what happened with me at least. ?

Hey has anybody got their blue card mailed to them already? I took my fingerprints on Sept 15th and haven't heard anything since. Emailed ----------------------- to make sure.

Wanted to make sure I don't miss anything and definitely don't miss the calculation score email. The wait has been a long one.....

Hi! Yes, I got mine last week, I also took my fingerprints on the Sept 15th. I think you should contact https://www.BON.texas.gov

Hello again! Does anyone have a clue when will start hearing if we got accepted or not? I’ve heard students that applied for the vocational nursing program already got there acceptance letters.. so maybe will start hearing from someone soon? Just wondering if anyone has any updates? Or heard anything?
