Hello friends,

I know it's extremely early for this, but I wanted to create a forum for the Spring 2021 applicants for ACC! We can keep in touch here if anyone has questions about the application process or just the program in general. Happy applying y'all! I'm excited to start my future career as a nurse!

You started one already? Did you get the email with all the info in it saying where you’ll be placed? 

I'm level 2. I'm hanging out here because I'm the Nursing Mentorship Chair elect.

Had a question just for future use as a reapplicant. Do you know what hospital (clinical) you go to ahead of time?

That's first day! Usually, you'd get a list to rank your choices but COVID-19 has everything messed up. Level 1 during the fall was 100% virtual clinicals. 

I can tell you that clinical days are back to back and usually one afternoon and one morning shift. So Wed afternoon/Thurs AM, etc. You'll have lecture M/W and lab is usually Tuesday.

Anyone reapplying for the 3rd time?

My rating is 31 and I didn't get in. My classmates got in with 33. I have all B's, one C, and finishing up ethics. Still not good enough. I was told that many students defer so I still have hope.

I’ll be reapplying for the 3rd time. 31.36 didn’t get in. They didn’t count my ethics also as it was second Summer semester so that might help some for the 3rd time. ?
