Hi everyone,

I've been a lurker on allnurses for years, and finally am finishing up school to move forward for my Associates at Broward. Unfortunately, they have totally thrown a monkey wrench in the pre-req requirements, and now I'm going to have to wait until Jan 2015 possibly to get into that program!!!!! I have all pre res done except for the new math, CHM and new Micro pre-req. This is devastating. I'm wondering though, is it possible to take the Micro and Lab in the summer and somehow slip in for the August 2014 program, or am i bananas?

New students, are we going to use our BC regular ID, or will we be required to take a new one?

BC ID in badge holder. I still have to buy one of those

They sell them in walmart for like $2 or $3 dollars

Hi, thanks

hammockbound: I tried looking for the books, but it's only giving me option to enroll in the instructors course or it's free with access code. Thanks, I'll wait on that.

This was for north campus, under the orientation info, it's under Evolve signon codes, the courses are HESi rn practice teats and case studies

Has anyone found the 7th edition of the pocket companion for physical examination/health by Jarvis

Do you need the 7th? I only see the 6th available.

I clicked on https://evolve.elsevier.com/cs/store?role=student This link...Then to the green box that says evolve resources.

You type anything in that box...Then a list of titles comes up and you choose register for this course now. It is the free version.

If you teacher requires a different log in that you have to pay for ...then I would imagine you have to register and pay. We didnt have to pay for anything. They gave us that log in at our orientation and they are all free. You can use books you have and others you dont have for resources. They are helpful.

South students, besides the orientation package, is there anything else that we should take to orientation tomorrow? Also, I saw a course catalog for process 1 & lab, do we have to print it out, or do they sell them at the bookstore?

What color does the badge holder need to be?

It says 7th on the booklist but I am only find the 6th edition on the bookstore and online. Maybe it's a typo.
