Hi everyone,

I've been a lurker on allnurses for years, and finally am finishing up school to move forward for my Associates at Broward. Unfortunately, they have totally thrown a monkey wrench in the pre-req requirements, and now I'm going to have to wait until Jan 2015 possibly to get into that program!!!!! I have all pre res done except for the new math, CHM and new Micro pre-req. This is devastating. I'm wondering though, is it possible to take the Micro and Lab in the summer and somehow slip in for the August 2014 program, or am i bananas?

I'm so ready to start this RN program at South already, LOL! There was a couple of issues with the HCP waiver, but God. Everything fell in place, and I'm ready to go HARD! Study, study, and more studying.:)

Yes, it is August 22nd. I was accepted because someone deferred their seat. The orientation was just to inform us what documents needed to be turned in and the dead line, 8/01/14.

Thank you, stel.

I got these today but not sure if the "S" will be a problem! They are very comfortable though and cost me $55.

I bought ones similar to those but at Famous Footwear, I don't think they will be a problem :) Can't wait :geek:

Talking about shoes, will these be acceptable? There must be something good about skechers since everyone seems to be getting them.

I don't know if they are too picky, if they are then I don't think they will accept them because of the black/or blue line :/ but if they aren't too strict, they seem fine. My sketchers I love, they have foam in the inside so comfortable. Good luck!

LegacyJS I wrote back but not sure if it went through

I'll look into something else just to play it safe.

The shoes seem fine they are white leather and they have a back. That's all they wanted.

sorry didn't realize how big the picture came out to be on my earlier post, decided to post another one for those of you who didn't get to see it. Bought these sketchers at sawgrass in the off broadway store for $55, they have an awesome memory foam inside for extra comfort. Anyways so nervous and excited to start!

I bought the white skechers too. I am hoping the "s" wont be an issue.

Sketchers but I bought them at sawgrass in the broadway store

I was surprised too :alien:
