AUG 9,14-NYHQ RN open house

hi, anyone of you here joined the open house today and was able to fill in an application? after filling out, they gave me this envelope with some papers about the pharm bok review, etc.. as i was reading it, it says, we'll gonna have ourselves scheduled for the pharm exam.

QUESTION:

do we have to wait a call from them (if chosen)?

this does not guarantee that you are hired right?

Potentially we could start in sometime in september. Because we have to wait for them to have a complete orientation group. Which means they ideally would want to wait or everyone to finish the pharm exam, get their term agreements, their preemployment physical and orientation date since orientation first starts off in a classroom setting and then to the floors. I so hope it starts soon!

Oh i see..im trying to look into the papers they gave us and see if theres a number i can call and ask.

I'm taking the pharm exam tomorrow. I don't feel prepared but like Emily said, we did pass the NCLEX...With that said I can't believe there aren't any more interviews after this, it makes me feel really excited and I hope its true :)

Ok cool. Teletipid did you try calling the other number on the pharm sheet they gave us, maybe you can ask them also.

SuperwomenRN, i was looking a different number but i didnt see any on the pharm booklet, i saw one under GEN. NURSE ORIENTATION PROGRAM OVERVIEW at the bottom...did u see any number? can u PM me?
