Does anyone know when St. Luke's in Kansas City, MO is mailing out acceptance letters for those who applied for Spring 2014?
Also, if I get in I am going there. I go to K-State, and don't know anyone in the KC area; but, I'd like to find a roommate to then find a place to live with so I don't have to live alone. Any ideas??
Thanks!

Hey there. I email an admissions counselor the other day and she said that letters should be going out on November 4th. It won't be much longer though the wait has literally felt like forever. Hope that helps.
Thanks, and It has! I will stop worrying then because we have a week haha. I take it you are applying then for St. Luke's? I have a random question, I go to K-state and will be moving if I get in, do you know of any people who are (preferably at St. Luke's) wanting a subleaser or anything like that? I don't know anyone there and I would prefer not to get a 1 person apartment because it'd be kind of lonely.
There is a girl in my class that has applied, but, of course, we are not sure about the outcome yet. So, I'm not sure about the roommate situation. My best guess is that this thread will begin to fill up after letters go out and you will have no trouble finding someone. dg

I got a phone call yesterday too! I'm super excited :)
Congratulations to you both! Just a question, did you all have all of your prereqs completed? I have one to complete still and I think that matters a lot to them. Do you mind posting your stats?
Thanks you! I have completed my bachelor's, so I had all of my prerequisites completed prior to applying. I would think if you only have one left to complete it wouldn't matter to them. Which prerequisite is it? My GPA is a 3.2, I got a 74% on the TEAS V and I currently work as a CNA in a hospital. I was not expecting to get in due to my GPA, but I think my TEAS score helped, as well as having a bachelor's degree.
Micro. I have a 3.9 and 86% on TEAS, but no experience in a hospital setting. That might be it. In any case, CONGRATULATIONS!!!! This wait was horrible. I am happy for you even though its not looking good for me. dg
I hope you get in, your GPA and TEAS score is great. Good luck! And thank you :)
I am taking Anatomy/Physiology and Microbiology currently, and I have a 3.95 GPA and got a 99% on my TEAS. I have worked as a CNA in an assisted livng facility, but only have 3 months experience total. I may be wrong, but I thought that I needed to at least have each of the remaining prerequisites began in order to be considered.
