For the nurses 5'10" and taller, could you please tell me where you found scrubs long enough (@ least 34 inch inseam). All these catalogs and stores seem to think that a "tall" is 32 inches, as if no one over 5'8" wants to be a nurse. Thanks.
i wear peaches low rise flare pants. the tall ones are 33.5" long:
So...I made my own. I bought a pattern from the cloth store and added length to the pants. The best part is that I added as many pockets as I wanted.
I was thinking that this might be the only option for me too! I've looked around, but nothing seems to be long enough (or they are long ad absolutely hideous!). Any pattern you want to reccomend??
i am glad there are other women with the same problem as me! I am a new nurse and am having a hard time buying scrubs that fit. It seems like the only scrubs with a long inseam are mens or unisex scrubs (and are huge on me). I just want to be able to wear pants that fit! I wear a medium landau pant, but they are about 3" too short. They only have certain styles that some in long. So...I made my own. I bought a pattern from the cloth store and added length to the pants. The best part is that I added as many pockets as I wanted.
I feel your pain. I too am super tall and super skinny. Also, my legs ar 36" long, which means I need an inseam of at least 36" but preferably 37". I'm 5'11 and I weigh 145. I'm a size 2-4 depending on what I'm wearing. I HATE shopping for scrub bottoms. Absolutely can't find them long enough in any store. I bought a couple of pair from www.freeuniforms.com. They're long enough, but the smallest size is huge on me, and they only come in unisex, so they're not very fashionable. Sometines it SUCKS to be tall.
