   I think they need to end the nurse shortage before adding to the unattractiveness of our profession that others may see when viewing our profession, first have the available nurses to track. I mean do we really need to strangle the healthcare budget...

    That my thoughts exactly, I never wore scrubs to an interview. I would feel too out of place. I think my friend maybe left out a something, like maybe she told them she was coming from work.
