In Texas you can go to https://txbn.boardsofnursing.org/licenselookup and get your GN permit information with just your name and which license you applied for (RN or LVN/LPN). Other states may have a similar look up system. Exploring your states BON website may be helpful.

Thank you so much!!
Graduated mid-December, application sent to the CA BRN two weeks prior, fingerprinting done that same week, school sent transcripts 1/12/21 and were told today that the BRN won't even begin to look our batch of transcripts for at least two more weeks. Looks like it will be late February or early March before I get my ATT.
I paid for my Pearson account Jan 15 before my school told me we had to go to do the application, Jan 27th we received the go to do the application and pay the fee, it didn’t take me 4wks to get my att because I already paid for Pearson.Feb 4 I was cleared from background, and feb 5th I got my att, sitting March for NCLEX.Dates are windled at least by 2 months to sit for exam unless you’re willing to take a good drive.Wish me goodlucks!

I started working on my application back in Oct, did the fingerprints/bg check, sent the photo, etc, paid pearson at the start of December. My ATT was sent to my state BON on 12/18, received my ATT on 12/22, and am signed up to take the NCLEX on 1/7. I think it all depends on how fast your state BON processes things honestly.
