Hello everyone!
I submitted my application to Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC at the beginning of its opening. And I just wanted to create this topic for those of us who are anxiously waiting to hear a response ?. And also for us future colleagues to get to know one another as well!
If anyone knows the time it takes to get a call or the process in its entirety please feel free to comment ?
Hi everyone!
I'm from Milwaukee, WI and will be relocating to Charlotte at the time of graduation in May. I applied to Atrium's new grad program back in December and am still waiting to hear back. My application still says "under review."

Yes! Atrium sent my college a detailed PowerPoint and it had the women’s unit asterisked with a note saying it was very competitive to get into! However, I definitely believe you can get into the unit! Just give it your all on your interview and you’ll do well!
I can email you the PowerPoint if you don’t have access to it and would like to look over it!
Hi!
I don't have access to this PowerPoint and was wondering if you would still be available to send it over to me?
Just FYI for Atrium, I know that pretty much all of the maternity (L&D and Mother-Baby) units have sent out offers and are no longer interviewing.

I have had a few Atrium interviews and they are all different based on the unit and the managers. Some are peer and some are just with managers. Lots of behavioral questions.

?...that’s fine.
I think they hire a lot from their affiliated schools. I’ve heard some nurse managers don’t even consider out of state. So we’ll see how it goes.

That's a shame ? I was really interested in their program. I'm struggling to find places because I am out of state and don't know where to look.

For Atrium, mine was an hour. I received a call from HR the same day with the offer.
