Hello everyone!
I submitted my application to Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC at the beginning of its opening. And I just wanted to create this topic for those of us who are anxiously waiting to hear a response ?. And also for us future colleagues to get to know one another as well!
If anyone knows the time it takes to get a call or the process in its entirety please feel free to comment ?

Hi! I recently applied for Atrium's New Grad program as well! I am still waiting to hear back.
@tarheelrn21 Yayy that’s awesome! Are you currently in a nursing school located in Charlotte?
Yes I am! What about you?
@tarheelrn21 Nooo, I’m at Georgia Southern University. I plan to move there after I graduate, depending on if I get an offer from atrium!
Have you heard anything about the time it normally takes for them to start reaching out to us?

Hey!
Just wanted to drop in and say that I have also applied to Atrium's New Grad program! I'm excited and anxious to hear back! Im from Denver, Colorado and hoping to be moving if I get an offer from Atrium! Glad we have this forum to chat and get to know each other!

Heyyy! Nice to meet you! ☺️
I was also considering applying to Denver health hospital, but I really wanted to get on the ICU floor and I noticed they only had med-surg available for grads! Which sucks because Denver is such a nice city! ?
What unit are you hoping to work on?

One of my friends had an interview with the ICU at one of the hospitals yesterday and the manager said HR will start sending out our applications next week! (She reached out to the manager directly and not through HR). So hopefully we start hearing about interviews soon!
*Fingers Crossed* Okay great! Because I am sooo anxious to hear back from them! And good luck to your friend, I hope she gets the position! ☺️

Nice! I've heard good things about Denver Health, but I too have noticed that they don't have those options for ICU positions. Maybe also check out University of Colorado Hospital new grad program. I know it has ICU new grad opportunities if your interested in Denver also! Im hoping for anything within women services, but I'm open to a variety of areas because I know mother-baby, etc is always competitive.
Okay Great! Thanks a lot!
Yes! Atrium sent my college a detailed PowerPoint and it had the women’s unit asterisked with a note saying it was very competitive to get into! However, I definitely believe you can get into the unit! Just give it your all on your interview and you’ll do well!
I can email you the PowerPoint if you don’t have access to it and would like to look over it!

I also applied to the new grad residency at Atrium. I'll be moving from MD if I get this job. :
Is there any way you can e-mail me the ppt? ? Did anyone apply to Novant too?
