ATRIUM New Grad Residency Spring 2021

Hello everyone! 

I submitted my application to Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC at the beginning of its opening. And I just wanted to create this topic for those of us who are anxiously waiting to hear a response ?. And also for us future colleagues to get to know one another as well! 

If anyone knows the time it takes to get a call or the process in its entirety please feel free to comment ?

Did that say what the starting pay was?

One of my classmates got into Novant in Dec she said they started at 28 an hour. Not sure about Atruim but I hear they pay less.

Or for their new grad program? I know what NH is. I applied to that.

So @Janaihill01 sent me a copy of a ppt that Atrium put out for new grads for the Spring 2021 application for her school...according to this:

"acute care, continuing care, LCI, skilled nursing, hospice, home care $27/hr" 

"ambulatory setting $23.06/hr"

"shift differentials $4/weekday nights, $3/weekend days, $7/ weekend nights"

I kind wish this ppt was posted somewhere on their website tbh and also that NH was a little more open to their rates. 

Other than what was posted here, were you able to figure out what NH going rates are?

Thanks for the information! NH start new grads out at $28 a hour. Of course you will get more with experience as a LPN or other experience. I don't know the shift diff though.

Hey guys! I graduate in May and just applied to Novant on 1/31. Atrium's application already closed, but it said that the application was for Winter graduates. Does anyone know when they are going to re-open the application for May graduates?

? I think the one that closed is for ppl graduating Spring 2021. 
 

I would email them, they have an email address there if you missed the deadline.

Dang I wish they would've specified. I didn't apply because I thought it was for Winter graduates ?

Thank you! I e-mailed them and they said they would send me the link to apply in a few weeks, so we will see. At least I was able to apply to Novant. Has anyone heard anything? Good luck everyone!

I emailed them as well. I hope the send the link soon. For Novant it says my application is being reviewed.
