ATRIUM New Grad Residency Spring 2021

Hello everyone! 

I submitted my application to Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC at the beginning of its opening. And I just wanted to create this topic for those of us who are anxiously waiting to hear a response ?. And also for us future colleagues to get to know one another as well! 

If anyone knows the time it takes to get a call or the process in its entirety please feel free to comment ?

I haven't had mine yet. It's March 1st and it already say " under consideration".

I'm not currently a NH employee, but I have been previously for 7 years as a RMA and 2 years as a LPN. I also do my clinical at a NH facility. So I think that has helped me out.

I honestly don’t know how to check my application status ? ... but I did just do my interview today! So the status may change in a week...

With Atrium or Novant? What questions they ask you and how long was your interview?

@NurseMotivator Novant! 
 

And they just asked the basic interview questions.

1) Tell me a little bit about yourself? 
2) why Novant? 
3) what unit would you like to work in? And why would you be a great fit for Novant 

4) what are your strengths and weaknesses 

5) would you be open to work in another region or strictly this region” 

 

... and I think that’s all of them! My interview didn’t even last the whole 30 minutes, my interviewer was extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable!

My Novant application now says "Hiring Manager considering interview."

mine also says hiring manager considering interview haha IDK what that means but at least both of ours say it   ?

Mine say "Under Consideration". Did yall have your interview yet? Mine is March 1.

yeah I already had mine I don’t think the status changes until after you interview

Oh okay well maybe I have it made being that mine already say under consideration. We will see. Good luck everyone.

So I was sent another email to interview with earlier date. So now interview next Tuesday. ?
