@Tonisha90 Hi! I’m suppose to start at Grady on 8/1/2022. I was hired like two weeks ago but I haven’t did any onboarding. I was told offer letters would be out last week but nothing yet.

So am I and I don’t have a offer letter either. I did however do my employee health stuff. I did get an email saying that I would get the offer letter soon but still nothing. Says background could take 7-10 days but seeing as thou we haven’t gotten the offer IDK if we will be cleared to start 8/1. I’ve been hired since April ?
@Tonisha90 please keep me updated if you receive any additional information and I will do the same. I will send an email to the recruiter regarding and delays in the start date.

My friends and I are also suppose to start at Grady on August 1st and we haven’t got any official offer letter or information on that background check. We keep trying to contact our recruiter, but haven’t received a reply.
@Hopefulpedsnurse99 I’m surprised they haven’t reached out to any of us. I’m afraid the start date will be pushed back and I have already put my notice in with my current job.

My recruiter hasn’t been responding to emails so I emailed the nurse residency program director yesterday and my friend called her and we pretty much got the same response that they were sorry for the delay and they’ll be trying to get everything situated as soon as possible and that hopefully official offer letters will be out by the end of the week.
I’m so confused how you guys who had your interview and verbal job offer in April haven’t gotten your offer letters but I had my interview in June and got my offer letter emailed to me the same day as my interview. I wonder are they going to push the start date back. Which units is this for?
