I was wondering as a potential graduate nurse (maybe sometime around 2020, 2021) what kind of jobs can o start off with once i graduate, and after take my nclex?I ask because i know there's a requirement to have at least the bsn, but i won't be there yet, ill be working toward my masters hopefully (as i have bachelor credits) on my pace.
A lot is missing from this question.
Do you mean what kind of job can a graduate nurse who has taken but not passed the NCLEX get? Varies by employer. Some will hire with a stipulation you must pass to keep your job. Some just make you wait until you have a proper license in the state you are working.
Your "knowledge" about a requirement to have a BSN is flawed.

K, I'm not a nurse i speak from a third person perspective.
There is no BSN requirement for licensure anywhere. Yet..
ok MaryJean that's what i was asking, i think around 2020 there will be, that'd probably be around the time i should worry, now i should just focus on getting through nursing school first. I can always finish to get my Bsn or Msn, i just would like to start working in the field after i finish with the program☺

It is not nor is it in the works to be a requirement for licensure. It is employer driven.
