Hi there!
I just heared about CANADA ARRANGEND EMPLOYMENT VISA. Im a Registered Nurse in the Philippines and currently working in Saudi Arabia. I am interested for this visa but the only problem is, I dont have relatives to sponsor me in Canada or an agency to help me.

Not a topic of interest to Canadian nurses. Moving to the International Forum.
It will take you about a year to make your way through the system, whether you have family or an agency (not recommneded) to help you. It's also doubtful that those visas are currently available due to a fairly broad-based hiring slowdown in Canada.

Also to point out you do not need family to sponsor you or an agency to assist you.
Then, How? Is it possible that i can go to canada to work before my contract here will expire?

If you read the Canadian threads you will see there is very little work for nurses in Canada right now. Several provinces have hiring freezes in place.
Less than 40% of last years PN and RN grads found employment in some provinces.
IEN are not having their work visas renewed.
Canada is not the place to be looking right now.
If you are already in a contract and need to finish the contract then I suggest it is better to finish it. Nothing stopping you from making a start applying to a college in the province you want to work in but be aware that many do not meet requirements set down by the college and have to attend some form of assessment and as mentioned by Fiona jobs may be hard to find.
plenty of threads discussing how to go about registering with a province and work permit or PR as well as clear information on the CIC website
What if i will apply for caregiver or nanny?
Then we will be reading posts from you on how you hate being a caregiver because you are a nurse and you feel that your are being exploited.
Follow the process for what you really want to do.

A contract is a legal document, and yet there are many nurses who mistakenly think it's perfectly OK to break it.
If you break your contract, what does that say about your character? And how do you think that would look to a future employer? Think about it.
