Verah interesting........ Looks to me like it's a separate application process. Don't know what the wait list is like for it, but for those of you on the waitlist for the RN program, it might... Read More

What do you mean HESI and NET? Like the HESIA2 test? I took that one for another program and I thought it was a much better test than the NET.

a year and a half?!!! my goodness!!! so what does one do for a year and a half with all of the prerequesites done? waiting to get into nursing or lpn school, what other promising field is there? i feel like i am delusional, running here and there, checking time stamps, depressed over being passed over once again.....

    suggestions anyone?

mild narcotics always seem to cheer me up ...

seriously, we all feel your pain... a year and a half is extreme for an lpn program... but luckily with the hesi and block 3 availability, it'll be just like doing your first 2 blocks of rn plus you can go to work as an lpn for some experience. it's kind of a win/win... but the waitlist is a drag.

Has anyone heard about the LPN "lottery" yet?... outside of partnership seats, and last semester holdovers, has anyone been notified they got in yet?

i'm so sorry.... i am looking for good news in the onslaught of relatives coming to my house and expecting perfection for thanksgiving. i have tunnel vision when it comes to nursing, i feel like when someone gets "in" it is a celebration for all of us in getting closer to receiving a "yes".
i'll go back to:tbsk: preparing for my guests.

I got my letter today. I got into the Evening Program (I am guessing this, as the letter only says I got in, but the scheduled that was included was of the evening program). But I got into Banner Nurse Fellows for March at MCC. So, one of ya'll can have my spot! Good luck to all that are waiting!
