Aria Health School of Nursing - Jan 11'

Just wanted to see who else was currently applying for the January 11' start date. My application is in RAP review as of today. I went in with like a 3.2GPA and did very well on my TEAS. I scored an 87% on it which put me in the 94th percentile nationwide. When I went on the interview I was told the TEAS score was very good and my GPA was good as well. I'm kind of bugging out. I want this so bad because I don't want to wait a whole year to re-apply for the fall classes. Finger's crossed. Anyone else out there applying now as well?

When you say it will be a BSN program, you mean the PSU worldwide option after you receive the RN diploma?

no that is what i will have to do, however for new incoming students they are going to be a BSN program....I missed the boat because I am done this semester...However for new incoming freshman they are going to stop being a diploma program in the VERY near future and only offer BSN....

Oh my goodness nep 1980! Does that mean if we start in Jan 2012 that we'll be in a BSN program automaticallY? When did Aria release this information??? or didn't they?? Please let me know ASAP! I'm accepted for January start. I'm totally psyched now!!!!

they didnt release it yet and change their info online yet. its a process and when its complete theyll announce it. but i promise u its true

So students beginning in January will definitely be in a BSN program instead of diploma??? WOW!!!!!!!!! Thanks for the information!!

right its a BS in Nursing which is the same thing....but its not in black and white YET but its true......its like fresh off the press, sorta like a you heard it here first type of thing.... :)

Thanks. So here's my curious mind, wanting to know what that would look like in reality. hahaha. oh well, time will tell. My guess is that the cost will go up. :) But honestly, in comparison to universities and other places, even if it did go up a bit, it is still well worth it. Especially when I think about the fact that I was going to go to Drexel...to the tune of $40,000+ plus per year, which is absolutely crazy for an undergrad degree! Looking forward to meeting all of you. Hopefully we'll meet in January! :)

Okay hi everybody! I applied for January 12 admission..does anybody know.when acceptance letters will be mailed????... I have a 2.984 gpa, I got a 70 on my teas....Idk I'm freaking out now!

Julie says letters will be mailed out behind of October, but I'm hoping they will post decision on Aria website log in sooner
