Areas that hire AAS RN's

Published

Hello everyone, this is my first post and I had a few questions...

I am currently in my 2nd to last semester of an AAS nursing school in PA and was wondering if you guys knew of areas(States/Cities) that hire AAS RN's that do not require BSN's. I want to work in acute care and am planning on getting my BSN while working full time but recently learned that pretty much all hospitals in PA are only hiring BSN RN's. Any help would be much appreciated!

The state of Utah is very ADN friendly and has multiple new grad residencies a year. Check it out, yo.

Indiana is one that I know of for sure.

Following! I have seen a few nurses mentioning North Dakota as well as Tennessee still hiring many ASN new grads. I wish I had the time to monitor new grad job positions, but I spend too much time on this site instead ;)

Pretty much any "rural" area that doesn't have high demand.

Any hospitals or areas in TN in particular that hire ASNs?
