I was Gel'n until my feet were a tel'n me to get some other inserts. I know use an incremental system by Barefoot Science. My feet, back and legs used to ache after long days on the floor, but now I feel so much lifted off of me. I still am sore after pounding my feet on concrete floors all day, but nothing like before.

Thanks for the input. I just ordered some Brooks from Zappos. I have to have all white and all leather, so I'm limited for school, but I agree it is nice to be able to wear sneakers to work.
I found a nice pair of Air's but they had too much color. Oh well. I'm gonna try out the Brooks and guess I'll get inserts if I need them.

Thanks for the recommendation. I just ordered Barefoot Science from HSN. I figure it's worth a try with their 30 day money back gaurentee.
I can not believe that I found CHEAP, comfortable shoes that help at WALMART of all places. I was ready to spend another $150 on shoes and got Dr. Scholls (Gel'n) black cute "duty" shoes called Bernice. They look like Danskos and are so seriously comfy. My feet ALWAYS hurt and these shoes are great and cheap!! I also tried the Cherokee Rockers Harmony and they feel nice too. Has anyone else tried these affordable options???

Ok, so I've notice the shoe topic has been popular lately. I'm starting my first semester in less than a week. I'll most likely get the all white Shox. I've found that for me personally, Nike is always the best fit and most comfortable.
So the real question is, do any of you use inserts? I never have, but I think I may consider it now. I've been at my desk job for about 8 years now, and I'm a little worried about being on my feet all day.
