These review books are for two very different exams examining two very different scopes of practice. You should only buy a review book for the exam you are taking.
I agree. Having used Saunders review books for the nclex-pn and nclex-rn I can attest to the fact they are different. While certain things like lab values, and general disease processes are the same, the nursing interventions are written differently.

anyone bought both a nclex-rn book, and a nclex pn book? are they basically the same? or is the pn book easier to read?
