Hi Everyone!
I was wondering if any other aspiring future nurses out there are applying to Azusa Pacific's Entry-Level Masters program for spring 2018. I applied a couple of weeks ago and it would be awesome to chat with others who are in the same boat. I've been an avid reader on this site for a very long time and this is my first post.
Hello guys. Just had my interview at the SD campus. My interviewer said that they will start meeting up for decisions the beginning of May and letters will be sent out middle to end of May. I'm assuming this is just for the SD campus. Not entirely sure. But I hope that helps. Good luck everyone!
Hello Everyone,
I am looking to apply for summer 2018 and had a few questions regarding requirements stats for acceptance, but heres a quick summary of where Im at which might help with answering the questions I have. I finish my B.A. in 2013 with 3.2, but received all A's on the science pre reqs which I just finished. I found out I wanted to be a Psych NP my senior year of college, but by then it was to late to switch majors and due to family issues I had to enter the work force to help my family financially. Good news is I'm debt free now and have been trying to do everything in my power to finally go to school to become a psych NP and finish my dream. I haven't worked in a related field and have only been volunteering at a hospital for 4 months, but I have two strong letters of recommendation one from a professor another from NP from the hospital I volunteer at. So basically I'm wondering is this enough or should I hold off till fall 2018 and try adding more volunteer or work experience in my resume? and if so what would you recommend? For any of those who have already been accepted could you please share some of your stats like GPA, volunteer experience, work experience, or any other extracurricular that you feel helped you get in?
Thank you!! and sorry for the long post.

congrats on making the leap! I'm in a similar boat as you in terms of GPA and Limited experience. I would appreciate any advice you get as well. Good luck to you! Maybe we'll be classmates one day.
