hi, when you filed for H1B with supervisor role ,.,,did ya have an experiences to apply?I do not have experiences but graduated BSN. i am just wondering that if i got into supervisor position.. can i apply for h1b visa"?
if you have any idea, please share with me thanks!
You do not apply for H1b your employer does and if you have no experience as a supervisor I am hard to believe you will meet requirements
but USCIS doesnt specify about experiences... I am working at urgent care and they try to apply for H1B visa and put me as a supervisor .. if in that case, do ya think it will work ?
when I asked to attorney she said as long as my position is manager or supervisor, my case will be approved likely.
USCIS does care about experience, generally these conditions apply:
"That a bachelor's or higher degree (or its equivalent) normally is the minimum requirement for entry into that particular position."
Nursing homes require only registered nurse on duty once in a 24 hour period, this person has to be knowledgable about CMS rules and regulations and DPH rules which are very complex, the state often comes to check. A green nurse would stick out like a sore thumb. Nursing homes look for the cheapest help which means Licensed Practical Nurse. You would only be "legal" if this nursing home only employs BSN supervisors AND no US nurse and or permanent resident didn't qualify. This would be very rare in this economy.
Do a search here on allnurses, there is plenty of information. And I hope you haven't pay a dime since the employer pays all the expenses.
ok when you said about :
a bachelor’s or higher degree (or its equivalent) is normally the minimum requirement for entry into the position;
I do have a bachelor's degree.. so i qualified for the minimum requirement.
they said 1 college year equal to 3 work experiences..
I am confused here since attorney said okay about that....
please, advise.
