Applying for UH Manoa Fall '09 Nursing Program

I was just wondering but what are my chances of being accepted if my cumulative GPA is a 3.45, my pre-req is a 3.60? My composite score was a 70...

I'm taking my last required science and also Pharmacology 203 right now. Would taking the additional pharm 203 class (not required for Fall) help me?

Do I have a chance??

me either! I didn't hear anything. maybe tomorrow. I live the Pearl City area. I think I might just call in sick tomorrow to see if I get a letter!

For those of you who got a letter, what is in it? Does it give any details or it is just a Congrats letter?

The packet contains mostly info on health clearances...and forms to sign.

First orientation is on May 8th.

btw buy your equipment online or elsewhere. the price the school charges is ridiculous. the BP cuffs they sell are pretty crappy and a lot of my classmates ones are already broken (didn't even last 1 semester).

i ordered my littmann cardiology iii from www.medisave.net for like $30 less and it came with free laser engraving.

My gpa was a 3.4 for both pre-req and cumulative and a NET score of 88. I also had pharm completed at the time of application, but I did not take stats or fshn yet.
