What is the policy at the college you're interested in doing the bridge program?

At my college, one has to have a current LPN license in order to apply for the LPN--RN transitional program.

Many states require you to have your license and attach it to your application in order to even be considered! Good luck

My state requires two years experience as an LPN before you apply to the bridge program.

I have just begun the LPN-RN bridge program at a local community college. I had to have proof of my licenses. I also had to have been employed for at least 6 months as an LPN before the start of the program. I would think you would at least have to wait until you have your licenses to apply. But contact the school you would like to attend or even look on their website the requirements for entrance to this specific program should be listed. Good Luck

each school has different policies

All of the ones I have looked at require a valid LPN license

some of them require so many hours of work as an LPN before you can apply.

So generally speaking I would say No, wait until you at least have your license.

At Indiana State University, you have to have verified license before beginning the actual program, but there are pre-requisites you can work on before getting the license. See http://www.indstate.edu/nursing/programs/bs/lpn-bs/lpn-bs-admission-criteria.htm
