I thought it'd be a good idea to create a forum for FIU's Accelerated Option BSN program for the application cycle of 2019 (graduation 2020). This way we can get to know each other and help each other out

True, I’m sort of considering Utica as a back up, but it’s very expensive. FAU seems like a great program too but it’s a fall start instead of spring, so we’d have to wait longer.
Hi everyone!
I just applied today to the program. I only have one pre req left (microbiology) that I’m taking this summer.
I have a 4.0 pre-req GPA, 3.1 cumm GPA from my bachelor’s, and an 85% on my teas. So I’m not sure I’ll get in but FIU is definitely my first choice. I’m also applying to UM, Nova and MDC.
I heard that UM doesn’t have the best reputation and that it’s super expensive and that Nova, MDC and FIU have great programs. Nova is also super expensive.
I hate waiting to hear back ugh!!! Good luck to everyone!
Hey everyone,
Good luck on your applications! I'm the current President for the 2018-2019 class. If you have any questions regarding the program, please feel free to contact me at [email protected].
