Yes, I do. I work as a US on a spinal/neurology floor, working alternate weekends. Before becoming a nursing student I worked part time as a US during university. I did my job but at point in my life had no interest in nursing. Now that I will be a nurse, my job is a wonderful tool for getting a front row view as to what floor nurses do and deal with each shift.
I got a US job during my last semester, served me well in getting to know the nurses and docs, and ended up getting me my nursing job 3 months before graduation AND it's a big help on those low census nights because if they are short a US they'll put me on the desk instead of calling me off which is always a good thing

I was thinking of trying to get a job as a Unit Secretary at my local hospital on the night shift (7p-7a) and was wondering if anyone here has worked as a US? How about during nursing school?
